[Bag Dust Collector] Working Principle of Bag Dust Collector Bag Dust Collector Accessories and Installation
Working Principle of Bag Dust Collector strong>
After the dust-laden gas enters through the air inlet on the upper part of the ash hopper, under the action of the wind shield, the air flow plate flows upward, the flow speed decreases, and some large particles of dust are separated due to the action of inertial force. Fall into the ash bucket. Dust-containing gas enters the middle box through the filtration of the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and is discharged from the air outlet. As the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector also increases.
When the dust collector resistance reaches the set value, the control system issues a cleaning command and the dust cleaning system starts to work. First, the solenoid valve opens immediately after receiving the signal, so that the compressed air in the upper air chamber of the small diaphragm is discharged. Due to the change in the force on both ends of the small diaphragm, the exhaust channel closed by the small diaphragm opens, and the upper part of the large diaphragm opens. The compressed air in the air chamber is discharged from this channel, and the force at both ends of the polishing disc changes, causing the large diaphragm to close and open the output port. The compressed air in the air bag enters the bag mouth through the output pipe and the blow pipe to achieve dust cleaning. When the control signal stops, the solenoid valve closes, the small diaphragm and the large diaphragm are reset one after another, and the injection stops.
In this filtration process, the working principle of the bag dust collector consists of three aspects. One is the filtration principle, the other is the dust cleaning principle and the final dust removal. They are:
Principle of filtration of bag dust collector
Dust-containing gas enters through the air inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertial force and gravity. , falling directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and then exits through the air outlet. discharge.
Bag dust collectorDust cleaning principle
As the filtration time increases, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate. , the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust. First, a sub-chamber lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered air flow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box in a very short time, pouring into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform, causing vibration, and in the reverse air flow. Under the action of scouring, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. Completed cleaningAfter completion, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. Each room is cleaned in sequence, and a cleaning cycle starts from the first room to the next time.
Bag dust collectorDust collection
The dust trapped after filtration and cleaning falls into the ash hopper, and then The ash is discharged centrally from the ash discharge device at the ash hopper mouth.
It is very important to control the speed of flue gas passing through the filter material (called filtration speed) during the operation of bag dust collector. Generally, the filtration speed is 0.5-2m/min. For particles larger than 0.1μm, the efficiency can reach more than 99%, and the equipment resistance loss is about 980-1470Pa.
What are the bag dust collector accessories?
Filter bag accessories. Filter bag accessories can be divided into two categories: one is directly sewn on the filter bag. , forming an inseparable whole with the filter bag, such as the elastic ring of the outer filter bag, the anti-deflation ring of the inner filter bag, etc., are called sewing accessories;
The other type is the installation of filter bags And accessories that are indispensable for use, such as the filter bag frame for the outer filter bag, the bag cap for the inner filter bag, clamps and hanging devices, are called installation accessories.
How to install bag dust collector accessories
First check the foundation of the site, clean, level and lay out the lines as usual.
Put the pillar in place and use a drag rope to temporarily align and fix it.
Since the ash hopper of the bag dust collector is shipped in pieces, the ash hopper should be assembled first, hoisted to the pillar, aligned and fixed, and the accessories of the ash hopper should be installed.
To hoist the box bag room and air outlet duct, install the lower box first, and then install the upper box and air outlet duct.
Install platforms, railings and ladders. Install the middle platform first, then install the upper platform and rails
and finally install the ladder (the ladder can be on either side according to the site conditions)
Install the dust collector pulse valve air path and cylinder air path road.
Install the pulse bag dust collector filter bag and bag cage (when the equipment is shipped, the bag cage must be installed in the bag chamber in advance, and taken out first during installation, and then sorted and installed)
