9. The ingredients enter the running mixer and are mixed. When the set time period is reached, the mixer door is opened and the concrete enters the mixing truck that has received the materials.

2. Safety operating procedures for cement concrete mixing stations

During the operation of cement concrete mixing stations, you need to pay attention to safe operations and follow the following operating procedures:

1. The installation of the concrete mixing station should be carried out by professionals in accordance with the factory instructions, and debugging should be organized under the auspices of technical personnel. It can only be put into production after all technical performance indicators are in compliance with the regulations and have been accepted.

2. Pre-operation inspection items should meet the following requirements:

(1) There are no defects in the transmission and moving parts of the mixing drum and supporting mechanisms, as well as warehouse doors, bucket doors, tracks, etc. Foreign object stuck.

(2) The oil level height of each lubricating oil tank meets the regulations.

(3) Open the valve to drain excess water from the gas-water separator in the gas system, and open the drain plug of the air reservoir to release the oil-water mixture.

(4) The wire rope installation and drum winding of the lifting bucket or dragline are correct, the wire rope and pulleys comply with the regulations, and the brakes of the lifting bucket and dragline are clear and effective.

(5) All bolts have been tightened, the inlet and discharge valves have no excessive wear, and the tension of each conveyor belt is appropriate and does not deviate.

(6)All control and display parts of the weighing device work normally and their accuracy complies with regulations.

(7) Each electrical device can effectively control mechanical movements, and there is no obvious damage to each contact point and dynamic and static contacts.

3. Qualified sand and stone aggregates should be prepared according to the technical performance of the mixing station. Those whose particle size exceeds the permitted range shall not be used.

4. All parts of the unit should be started gradually. After starting, the operation of each component and the indication of each instrument should be normal, and the pressure of oil, gas and water should meet the requirements before starting the operation.

5. During the operation, no one is allowed to enter the storage area and under the lifting bucket.

6. The lid of the mixing drum should be closed before starting. When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to put your hands and feet into the hopper or mixing drum to explore.

7. When the dragline is stuck by an obstacle, it must not be forced to pull, and the dragline must not be used to lift heavy objects. During the pulling process, no rotation operation is allowed.

8. The mixer must not be stopped when the mixer is fully loaded. When a fault or power outage occurs, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the switch box should be locked, the concrete in the mixing drum should be cleared, and then the fault should be eliminated or the power should be restored.

9. The mechanical equipment of the concrete mixing station must not be overloaded; the operation of the motor should be checked. When abnormal sound or excessive temperature rise is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection; when the voltage is too low, forced operation is not allowed.

10. Before stopping the mixer, it should be unloaded first, and then all switches and pipelines should be closed in order. All the cement in the spiral pipe should be transported out, and no material should be left in the pipe.

11. After operation, the mixing drum, discharge door and discharge hopper should be cleaned and flushed with water, as well as the additives and their supply system. The knife holder and knife edge of the weighing system should be cleaned, and the weighing accuracy should be ensured.

12. During the freezing season, all the water in the water pump, additive pump, water tank and additive tank should be drained, and the water pump and additive pump should be started to run for 1-2 minutes.

13. When the mixing station is transferred or out of service, the materials in the water tank, additive tank, cement, sand, stone storage hopper and weighing hopper should be drained and cleaned. During the transfer, the balance weight on the scale head should be fixed, and the sensor should be unloaded.
