What are the precautions for installing transformer sheaths?

Using fully sealed and partially sealed high-voltage oil-filled transformer sheaths, as well as solid-insulated high-voltage transformer sheaths. The high-voltage transformer sheath is usually fixed on the flange of the elevated base, and the built-in current transformer for protection and measurement should be placed inside the elevated base. If the riser is removed from the transformer and transported separately, the riser must be installed before starting the installation of the transformer sheath. Before installation, the transformer sheath should be placed vertically on a shelf close to the transformer and inspected. The distance between the shelf and the transformer shall be based on the convenience of lifting and placing the transformer sheath. Before lifting the transformer sheath on the shelf, fix the voltage equalizing cover at the lower end of the transformer sheath, carefully clean the lower porcelain sheath, and pass the soft traction rope or tie rope through the transformer sheath and the central tube. The mechanical strength of the rope must be A flexible cable that is strong enough to pull out the leads. The method for installing the transformer sheath to the transformer using the fully automatic transformation ratio tester is as follows: In order to install the transformer sheath, remove the cover plate on the oil tank, and use nuts and stop nuts to connect the conductive rods to the soft wiring of the winding leads. The top of the conductive rod should be inserted into the corresponding notch on the upper end of the porcelain sleeve. In order to avoid damaging the porcelain sleeve, the nut must be tightened carefully and evenly along its circumference. In practice, other methods are often used to install the transformer sheath, such as first fixing and sealing the porcelain tube of the live pole, and then connecting the soft wiring of the lead to the conductive pole through the side manhole.

In order to attach the transformer sheath to the transformer, use a lifting mechanism and a lifting rope with corresponding load-bearing capacity to lift the transformer sheath through the lifting rings on the supporting flange. In order to achieve the necessary tilt angle and prevent overturning, the upper porcelain sleeve of the transformer sheath needs to be tied to the sling with a rope. The tilt direction of the transformer sheath is determined as follows: the vent plug and the pipe joint connected to the transformer main air pipe should be at the highest position of the transformer sheath flange. If the vent plugs and pipe connections are not positioned correctly, air bubble cavities can form after the transformer is filled with oil. After the DC resistance tester takes out the transformer sheath from the shelf, put a phenolic paper tube on the lower porcelain sleeve, and fix it on the lower flange of the middle sleeve with wooden blocks and screws. At this time, place the transformer sheath as accurately as possible in the center of the elevated seat hole, and fix one end of the traction rope passing through the central tube of the transformer sheath to the cable lug of the coil’s soft lead. The cable lug is then carefully pulled out using a pulling rope passed through the center tube of the casing. When pulling the zinc oxide arrester tester, attention must be paid to keeping the cable straight and tight. When all the cable parts are pulled into the central tube, slowly start to put the transformer sheath into the transformer tank. At this time, do not tighten the traction rope excessively. Place the transformer sheath on the sealing gasket of the flange. After the transformer sheath is in place, first fix the sealed transformer sheath flange, and then fix the sealed cable lug. At this time, the cutout on the terminal head should coincide with the corresponding protrusion on the sealing flange of the transformer sheath. The lower end of the terminal should be tightly attached to the sealing flange of the transformer sheath.
